The Junior Engineer Hub was created to bridge that gap—offering a dedicated space where junior engineers can share knowledge, develop skills, and gain real-world experience.

One of our recent site visits took our Junior Engineers to South Crofty Mine in Cornwall, a client that we have been working with. During the visit they had the opportunity to go underground, gaining first-hand insight into the challenges and intricacies of mining operations. Site visits like these provide invaluable experience, allowing our junior engineers to connect their learning to real-world applications and gain deeper insights into client needs.
