Mauritz joined our team in 2010 and is located in our Sudbury office in Ontario, Canada. Prior to joining Paterson & Cooke, he worked in the platinum mining industry in South Africa, where he gained invaluable experience in the fields of hydro metallurgy and process plant operations, control, and optimisation.

Mauritz’s key areas of expertise include process design, backfill system design, control, and optimisation, selection and specification of process equipment, commissioning and process audits, development of novel process equipment, and hydraulic design of slurry pumping systems.
