Brent joined Paterson & Cooke in 2019 as a senior engineer and is the Director of Project Delivery for North America and the managing director of our Canadian practice, based in Sudbury.

With extensive experience in consulting engineering, mineral processing, and project management, Brent has gained notable expertise in the field of mine backfill system design. He now leads many of the large studies and engineering projects out of our Sudbury office.

His primary responsibilities include managing the Canadian operations, strengthening our project delivery systems, directing and managing project work, supervising the execution of detailed design, preparing technical reports or studies, developing cost estimates, and providing engineering support during construction.

Brent also lectures on backfill-related topics as part of our annual courses.
