Brent is a Senior Mechanical Designer residing in Paterson & Cooke’s Sudbury, Ontario office. He joined Paterson & Cooke in 2011 and is the Drawing Office Manager for North America and leads the Global Design Team for P&C.

Brent has been Lead Designer on numerous Paste Backfill projects, Modular Pilot Plants and has assisted with various engineering designs for both conventional and thickened tailings transportation systems from conceptual through to detailed design. He was also on the design team for the OCP long distance pipeline (187 km - 36” pipeline).

He has furthered his education and has obtained a Mechanical Engineering Advanced Diploma. Prior to this he studied and became a Qualified Draftsman at the Academy of Drafting, obtaining a HiTech Certificate. He has worked at various companies since then as a Mechanical and Architectural draftsman. Before joining Paterson & Cooke he had his own Architectural practice.
