Maureen McGuinness
Principal Engineer
Maureen joined our team in 2012 and has held various leadership roles across our company since joining.
Maureen has considerable experience working in mining and milling, and specifically in paste backfill design and operations. Her expertise includes backfill operation, backfill management planning, dry tailings plant-feed operations, hydraulic modelling of distribution systems, start-up and commissioning of backfill operations, and training of staff.
Maureen is a senior member of Paterson & Cooke’s Global Backfill Group. She is bilingual (English/French), and a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and Quebec. Maureen also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
