Paterson & Cooke offers risk facilitation services using a number of the primary risk assessment techniques. In addition, should the Client wish to specify an alternative facilitator, Paterson & Cooke will provide engineers to attend the assessment and to provide an external view point to the proposed solution.

An important point to note, that is often overlooked due to time and financial constraints, is that the earlier in the project risks are identified and mitigation plans are put in place, the more likely the project will succeed. Paterson & Cooke recommends that a suitable risk assessment technique is used as early in the project as possible and we can assist in the selection of a suitable risk identification process as well as participate in selection of the process assessment.
