Financial Manager (Golden, Colorado)


The successful applicant will report to the Directors and will be responsible for the financial management and accounting operations of our US companies. The work will entail the following:


  • Perform the necessary accounting and control to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management
  • Execute and manage daily accounting operations in accordance with GAAP
  • Cash forecasting and management account reporting
  • Keep company accounting policies, procedures and guidelines current across offices
  • Financial analysis to support business growth and development


  • Responsible for forecasting and management reporting, accounting transactions, including financial reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and year-end tax filings


The successful candidate will have above average abilities to meet the high standards set by our Company.

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant license in Colorado
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in an engineering or consulting office environment
  • Ideally experience with the Deltek Vision accounting platform
  • Experience with international billing and accounting in a multi-currency environment
  • Solid organization and time management abilities
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral form
  • Strong computer skills, especially spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of personal integrity with a strong work ethic
